I'm not a developer. Why would I want this?

Because the developer isn't the bottleneck. The bottleneck is everything around the developer: deciding what to build, knowing whether anyone wants it, catching what's broken before a customer does, and answering the support afterwards. That's what this covers, and it's the part you're currently doing yourself at night.

I already have a developer.

Then give it to them. It's nine stages of how a real product gets built and kept alive, written down. Most teams have three of them and improvise the rest.

Isn't AI already good at writing code?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and that's the problem. Code is the cheap part now. What's expensive is building the wrong thing beautifully, shipping it without testing it, and finding out from a customer. This pack is the discipline around the code.

Where did this come from?

One real product, built over five months, roughly a hundred and ninety rounds of work, with every incident and every test written down as it happened. The pack is what was left after we removed the parts specific to us.

Does it only work with Claude?

We built and tested it on Claude Code, and that's the path we support. The skills are plain English files, so any capable agent can read them.

Can I use it for client work?

Inside your own business, yes: your team and your agents can use it on as many products as you like. Client work, handing clients the pack, or running it as your product isn't covered.

What if it gets something wrong?

It tells us. Your agent sends a report at the end of a session, that becomes a fix, and the fix ships to you as an update. The change log credits whoever's agent found it.

Does anyone at Make More Marbles see my idea or my code?

Accepted Answer

No. Your code stays on your machine; nothing in the pack uploads it. The only thing that leaves is the end-of-session gap report your agent sends us: which pack version you ran, your agent's name and version, your OS and machine, your Claude Code version, what you tried and what broke or was missing, the steps and errors, and an optional diff of the fix it would make. Not your code. Your outputs are yours; see the license.
